Dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 14:00 EST on a business day are dispatched the next business day. Orders are held only for QC release confirmation — we verify that each vial's lot is released and its certificate published before packing. Tracking is emailed when the courier collects.
First orders, unusually large quantities, and orders where the shipping address does not align with the stated research entity may be held briefly for verification. We contact you directly if that happens rather than leaving the order in limbo.
Do you need cold chain?
Usually not. Lyophilised peptides are shipped dry precisely because the powder tolerates ambient transit well — this is why a warm-arriving vial is almost never a problem. Standard shipping is appropriate for most orders in most seasons.
Cold chain is worth the additional cost in three situations: peak summer heat at the destination, destinations with a history of extended customs holds, and the more labile compounds — reduced glutathione and NAD+ in particular, both of which are oxidation-sensitive.
Packaging
Vials ship in rigid protective inserts inside plain outer packaging carrying no compound names or branding. This is standard practice for research materials and a security measure — it is not an attempt to conceal anything. Contents are fully and accurately declared on all customs documentation, and we do not mislabel shipments under any circumstances.
International orders
We ship to many countries, but not all, and not every compound to every destination. Import rules for research chemicals vary substantially and change frequently. Select your country at checkout and we will flag any restriction before charging you.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the prices shown. Delivery estimates exclude time held in customs, which is outside our control.
Returns

Quality guarantee
If material does not perform to its certificate of analysis, we want to know — and we act on it with evidence rather than argument.
- Send us your analytical data and the lot number from the vial.
- We pull the sealed retention sample held for that lot.
- It is independently re-tested by an accredited laboratory.
- If the original certificate was wrong we publish an amendment, notify every customer who received that lot, and withdraw the remaining stock.
- You receive a full refund or replacement — regardless of the outcome of the re-test, and regardless of whether the vial was opened.
Retention samples exist precisely so that a disagreement about material quality can be settled with data rather than with credibility. Read more about the process on our testing page.
Order changes and cancellation
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until dispatch. Contact support@gladiatorpeptides.com with your order reference. Once tracking has been issued the order must be handled as a return.
