Research use & eligibility

It means these compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for use in humans or animals, and they must not be administered to either.

This is not a disclaimer we add for legal cover while quietly expecting otherwise. It is the actual, only permitted use. Purchasing implies a binding certification that you are a qualified researcher and that the material will be used accordingly.

No. We supply research entities and qualified researchers only. We decline orders where the stated or evident intent is personal administration, and we do not make exceptions for order size.

If you are interested in a peptide for a health reason, speak to a licensed physician. Several compounds in this catalog exist as approved medicines under medical supervision, in pharmaceutical-grade formulations with dosing established by clinical trial. Research material is not a substitute for that, and we are not able to advise you on it.

Yes. We collect institution details at checkout and may request documentation before dispatch — particularly for first orders, large quantities, or where the shipping address and stated research entity do not align. Orders that cannot be verified are refunded rather than shipped.

In most jurisdictions research peptides may be lawfully bought and possessed for legitimate laboratory research. What is generally not lawful is administering them to humans, marketing them for human use, or importing them where local law restricts the specific compound.

Regulations differ significantly by country and change over time. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a compound may lawfully be imported and possessed at the destination address. We do not provide legal advice, and we cannot advise on your local position. See our research-use policy and shipping restrictions.

Purity & testing

Every lot is tested by an independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory before release. The panel covers reverse-phase HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, Karl Fischer moisture, residual solvent by GC headspace, and bacterial endotoxin by LAL. Full detail on the testing page.

Yes. We do not put paperwork in the box — the certificate is published in our COA library against the lot number printed on your vial, free to download without an account. If those numbers do not match, do not use the material — contact us immediately.

The mass in a vial is not all peptide. It also contains counterions (usually TFA or acetate salts) and residual water. Net peptide content is the proportion that is actually peptide — typically 75–90%.

A 5 mg vial at 82% net contains about 4.1 mg of peptide. Calculating molarity from the label weight rather than the net figure builds a systematic error of 10–20% into every concentration in your study. The figure is on your COA.

Send us your trace and the lot number. We pull the sealed retention sample for that lot, have it independently re-tested, and publish an amendment if the original certificate was wrong. You get a full refund or replacement either way, regardless of the outcome.

Often because they are measuring different things. Purity at 280 nm flatters sequences containing tryptophan or tyrosine; 214 nm detects the peptide bond itself and is the honest measure. Some suppliers report the manufacturer's figure without independent verification. Some report nothing lot-specific at all. Always check the wavelength and whether the testing was independent.

Storage & handling

Almost certainly not. Lyophilised peptides are shipped dry precisely because they tolerate ambient excursions well. Short periods at room temperature during transit do not meaningfully affect stability. Transfer to −20 °C on arrival.

What does indicate a problem is a cake that has melted into a film, gone sticky, or discoloured. Contact us with photographs if you see any of those.

In bacteriostatic water at 2–8 °C, typically 21–30 days depending on the sequence — the figure is on each product page. In preservative-free sterile water, days only. Aliquoted and frozen at −20 °C, several months with a single thaw.

Aliquot immediately after reconstitution. Repeated freeze-thaw is the most common cause of silent potency loss. Full protocol on the handling page.

Bacteriostatic water is the diluent listed for the lyophilised range. Each product page states the diluent for that item under Specifications.

Shaking creates foam, and the air-liquid interface denatures peptide. It also generates shear forces that damage the chain. Introduce diluent down the inner wall of the vial, then swirl gently or simply let it stand. Most peptides dissolve without any agitation.

Orders, shipping & payment

In-stock orders placed before 14:00 EST on a business day are dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days, express 1–2. Tracking is emailed at collection.

Usually not. Lyophilised powder is stable through normal transit. Cold chain is worth the $18.50 in peak summer heat, for destinations with long customs holds, or for the more labile sequences — reduced glutathione and NAD+ in particular.

To many countries, but not all, and not every compound to every destination. Import restrictions on research chemicals vary considerably. Select your country at checkout and we will flag any issue before charging you. Duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. See shipping & returns.

The outer packaging is plain and carries no compound names or branding — standard practice for research materials and a security measure, not an attempt to conceal anything from customs. Contents are fully and accurately declared on all customs documentation.

Card, bank transfer against a purchase order for institutional accounts, and selected cryptocurrencies. Institutional customers can request net-30 terms after a verified first order.

Note that this demonstration build does not process real payments and deliberately collects no card details.

Unopened vials with an intact seal may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Opened vials cannot be returned — we have no way to verify storage conditions once a seal is broken, and reselling such material would undermine the chain of custody the whole operation depends on.

Material that fails to meet its certificate is replaced or refunded in full regardless of whether it has been opened. Details on the returns page.

Research use only Nothing on this page is medical advice or a protocol for human or veterinary use. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research.
